Thanks to a mixing pot of cultures the town boasts one or two engaging museums to help visitors better understand the art, heritage and local history. Here are just a few of the top museums in New Orleans.

Louisiana Children\’s Museum

While much of New Orleans appeals essentially to adults there is still lots to enlighten and entertain young kids too.
