Hong Kong Famous Artists Don\’t Disappoint

The Hong Kong art scene is expanding fast with life and energy. The world is targeted on the art that's currently coming from Hong Kong. This unexpected interest is due to the frenzy of new art galleries and Hong Kong museums that have opened inside the last year. HK is home to so many fantastic artists, but there are 1 or 2 that stand out more than some others.

Giles Dawe

Giles would possibly not be a Hong Kong native, but he's been living in Hong Kong with hopes to break into the art scene there. His art has appeared in Hong Kong museums and little art shows that showcase his oil paintings and other artwork. He has additionally appeared in HK mags that showcase his lovely and unique work.

Songhua

Song is a famous Chinese artist which has been an important name in HK for quite awhile. His design concentrates on conventional Chinese artwork featuring Bird and Flower. These symbols are of high importance to Chinese design, but he focuses on bringing this idea to the modern-art world. His work is breathtaking and textured, and it has appeared in museums in HK.

Hai Tian

Hai Tian is a Chinese artist who has had work display around the planet. His art in Hong Kong museums stand out the most. His melancholy design is unhappy but provoking. His art is based on painting, but he deviates from the standard guidelines that painters frequently use in China. This reflects in the poetic and lovely nature of his work. His work is valued and displayed at the Chinese Art Museum as well as other museums all over the land.

Feng Zikai

This artist is no longer alive, but he was a major influence on Hong Kong art. He created Chinese calligraphy art, music and design. His cartoons were some of the most galvanizing pieces of his. They mixed Eastern and Western systems to create something unique and fresh. His art speaks of humanism considerably, and he leaves behind a legacy that will not be forgotten. His design is displayed at the Hong Kong Museum of Art, and it is routinely exhibited in galleries around the planet.
