As we all know proving whether a person was snatched by an alien or not is a difficult task to carry out. Nevertheless, there are several stories retelling how a person has experienced an alien abduction and it is thanks to these stories that scientists now have a basic idea of what aliens look like. Moreover, those stories also serve as proof that the abductions are true.

From the visitations, three main types of these beings have been identified as the Nordics, Reptilians and the Grays. These names have been developed over time as a way to help the victims describe their experiences better and for the public to gain some understanding.

The Nordics almost resemble human beings. They have very light or blonde hair and blue eyes. They are considered very beautiful and could even pass as human beings especially when observed from a distance. These are mostly sighted in Europe countries.

The second group is made up of the Reptilians. They get this name because of their reptile appearance and people could consider them a lot more alarming. According to people who have been abducted by this type of aliens, they are very aggressive and treat people in a more untoward way.

The grays on the other hand are the most common. They are gray skinned hence their name with wrinkled forms. In fact this is the image that appears in most films. They have bulging heads and bulbous eyes without eyelids. When they capture someone, they perform experiments on him or her on their crafts. They also appear to have social hierarchy since each performs different tasks on their crafts.

People who have experienced an alien abduction have been through several studies in order to prove that they are not insane or that they do not suffer from any issue that distorts reality. They all passed the tests without problems. However, scientists are still trying to understand why aliens visit people, but one thing is for sure aliens like to abduct young people or people who are not in their forties yet.

During the capture, victims describe a series of events from the visitation to being taken into the spacecrafts forcibly. They also claim invasive medical and physical examinations, loss of time perception and the return to the place of abduction later on.

Although it is very difficult for a person to prove that he or she has been abducted, the many different realistic stories certainly serve as an indication that alien abduction is a real case.
